Frequently Asked Questions

How can Takes a Team make a positive impact on our organization?

Most of our organizations are led by volunteer boards who turn over frequently.  Takes a Team does its research and gets the big picture to best guide you in the process.  Tools and tricks for keeping you on track for years to come.  Finding your strengths and weakness and working with both.  We can simplify your direction and raise your expectation.  Tell us your situation and we can expend on how we can be of service.

Can you do remote /virtual sessions as well as inperson?

Yes, covid allowed us to learn to engage in our initiatives virtually.  We still love in person the most, but if distance or pandemics are an issue we can still help you from a distance.

Not everyone in our organization is on board, can you help us decide what we need?

Yes, Takes a Team can do a mini pitch to the board to help them decide what is needed for your particular situation.  Call us for details.
